01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Moorgan Trade Wealth website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered users at least 14 days in advance of material changes.
02 Eligibility
To use the Moorgan Trade Wealth platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are prohibited by law
- Successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process
- Not be subject to any sanctions list (EU, UN, OFAC, or other applicable lists)
We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
03 Services Description
Moorgan Trade Wealth provides an AI-powered automated trading and portfolio management platform. Our services include:
- Automated cryptocurrency and multi-asset portfolio management
- AI-driven market analysis and trading signal generation
- Real-time portfolio tracking and performance reporting
- Investment consultation and strategy guidance
We do not provide personalised financial advice regulated under MiFID II or any national financial advice legislation. All strategies are systematic and algorithm-driven. You should seek independent financial advice if you are uncertain whether our services are appropriate for you.
04 Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Promptly update information if it changes
- Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
- Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) when offered
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at Tom@moorgantrade.com
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
05 Investment Terms & Minimum Deposit
The minimum investment to open an account and access our AI portfolio management services is $5,000 USD (or equivalent in accepted cryptocurrencies).
All transactions are conducted in cryptocurrency. Moorgan Trade Wealth does not accept fiat currency deposits at this time. Accepted cryptocurrencies are confirmed at the time of onboarding.
By depositing funds, you authorise our AI system to execute trades on your behalf in accordance with the investment strategy selected during onboarding. You may adjust your strategy preferences at any time from your account dashboard.
06 Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited to your portfolio within one (1) business day of blockchain confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of a verified request, subject to:
- Completion of identity verification (KYC)
- No active holds due to security reviews or regulatory requirements
- Network confirmation times on the relevant blockchain
We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
07 Risk Disclosure
Important: Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance — including our stated average monthly ROI and win rate — does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- The value of your investments may go down as well as up
- Cryptocurrency assets are not protected by any government deposit guarantee scheme
- AI-driven trading systems may underperform in unusual or extreme market conditions
- You are solely responsible for investment decisions made on our platform
08 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Moorgan Trade Wealth platform to:
- Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform or infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or limits
- Use automated bots or scrapers to access our platform without authorisation
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, asset freeze, and reporting to relevant authorities.
09 Intellectual Property
All content on the Moorgan Trade Wealth platform — including but not limited to our AI algorithms, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Moorgan Trade Wealth and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of our platform without prior written consent.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moorgan Trade Wealth and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including investment losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Moorgan Trade Wealth in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11 Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after applicable processing) will be returned to your verified withdrawal address within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or where required by regulatory authorities.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.
